Nathan Gabaldon AAS, NCG, COO

Co-Founder

Born and raised in Albuquerque, New Mexico, Nathan has worked in the elderly and developmental disabilities care community for over 17 years. This includes working with individuals with developmental disabilities, degenerative cognitive conditions, and individuals overwhelmed with coordination of their own care needs. Nathan is familiar and able to navigate local services such as the New Mexico Developmental Disabilities Waiver (NMDDW), Guardianship, Power of Attorney , Medicaid, Medicare, Public Benefits, and many more services that benefit his clients. Nathan began his career as a direct care staff at a local day habilitation program and throughout his education, he provided direct care services to the NMDDW community. He worked with that organization from 2010 through 2014 taking on more responsibility and serving in various roles; direct care staff, Program Manager, and Service Coordinator. 
 
In 2014, Nathan made a transition to guardianship as a coordinator with a local non-profit and has remained active in the elderly & developmental disabiliities comunity. He has worked as a Guardian Coordinator, Director of Clinical Services, and now a business owner. Nathan has been recognized by both his clients and community as an ethical, caring, and as a strong advocate of people in need of assistance and protection.
 
In November 2020, Nathan partnered with Sally Abeyta and opened Integrative Clinical & Financial Services, LLC. Integrative places people first providing ethical, knowledgeable, reliable, and consistent services to the elderly and NMDDW communities. Nathan has been a National Certified Guardian since 2014, carries an Associate Degree in Applied Sciences from Central New Mexico Community College, and is a member of the National & New Mexico Guardianship Associations. 
 
Nathan is passionate about the families, people, professionals, and the communities he works within. Nathan takes a hands on and active approach in the fiduciary community through Integrative and looks forward to helping people in need.


Sally Abeyta BBA, CSA, NCG, CEO

Co-Founder

Born and raised in Albuquerque, New Mexico, Sally is a  UNM Honors graduate of Anderson School of Management. Sally carries a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, is a Certified Senior Advisor, and a National Certified Guardian since 2019. Prior to entering the fiduciary community, Sally was a Financial Advisor for multiple financial institutions in the Albuquerque area. Sally found true purpose in her professional career in 2017 when she began helping New Mexico’s most vulnerable people. 

Sally shares the same passion for assisting the elderly and developmentally disabled community as her colleague and business partner, Nathan has. Through this shared passion, Sally and Nathan opened Integrative Clinical & Financial Services, LLC. Direct from Sally, “I stumbled into this field and did not know what to expect. I am so happy I found this field, rather, happy that it found me.” Sally has developed a strong reputation within the fiduciary community as an honest, ethical, and hardworking Financial Manager & Conservator. Sally serves on the New Mexico Guardianship Association Board, is a member of the National & New Mexico Guardianship Associations, New Mexico Estate Planning Council, and the National Association of Insurance and Financial Advisors. 

In the time that Sally has worked as a private fiduciary, she has served as the Director of Financial Services and now business owner. Sally has overseen budgets, investments, conservatorships, estate administration, and financial powers of attorney for incapacitated adults. Sally also works with seniors in need of assistance with daily money management. Sally is excited to serve New Mexico’s most vulnerable communities through her own business, Integrative Clinical & Financial Services, LLC. Sally hopes to take her vast knowledge of the financial industry, her tested and proven strategies of supporting people, and maintain a reputable organization that places people first.

Meet The Team

Integrative Clinical & Financial Services, LLC., was formed by Sally Abeyta and Nathan Gabaldon, November 2020. Their mission is to incorporate the people they work with, their support networks, family, friends, and community resources to achieve a meaningful quality of life. Fiduciary services are often viewed as authoritative and restrictive; however, at the center of every case is a person. Integrative Clinical & Financial Services, LLC, intends to be part of the positive change taking place within the fiduciary industry. 

Nathan & Sally strive to be an asset in the fiduciary community in New Mexico, which is ever evolving. There is a growing demand for ethical, reliable, and honest guardians and conservators that place people first. Nathan & Sally work within the fiduciary field to improve the quality of life of people and their loved ones.

Nathan & Sally bring a combined 20 years’ of experience in working with the elderly and developmentally disabled communities. Their collective expertise spans across the case management & financial management, providing direct insights to working directly with people and families with diverse needs. Their mutual passion to help people is a valuable resource to individuals who feel that they may not have any options or support. Integrative not only provides Guardianship/Conservator services, but also provides case management/care coordination, financial management, daily money management, powers of attorney, consultations, and assessments. They understand and believe that Guardianship & Conservatorship should be a last resort; however, they provide services that will help assist you or your loved one in managing their daily lives separate of Court Ordered Protections.
